Top Chef: Wedding Wars Season 4

If you like a good wedding competition or if you are a fan of “Top Chef”, last’s nights episode of Top Chef Season 4 was their Wedding Wars show. The two teams had 14 hours and $5,000 each to prepare and cook for the wedding of 125 guests. They met the bride and groom for a few moments and found out what they wanted for the dinner and cake options and then the two teams were off and running.

The Brides Team focused their dishes around the bride’s choice of “meat and potatoes,” while the groom requested an Italian-style menu and is what the Groom’s Team prepared. The bride’s team won the competition with appetizers of pizza and short ribs and blue cheese in phyllo wrap, entreefilet, brisket, creamed spinach and potato gratin. Followed by a dark chocolate and lemon wedding cake. The only dish the judges really liked on the Groom’s Team was the sea bass stating most of their food was flavorless.
