According to a recent survey conducted in October of 2006 by Bride’s Inc., they complied the current favorite and not so favorite flavors for wedding cake. Here are the results:
WHAT’s HOT:
dark chocolate with caramel filling
mocha
ginger
lemon-poppy
tropical flavors (coconut and pineapple)
comfort flavors (red velvet and spice)
WHAT’s NOT:
classic vanilla “bride’s cake”
carrot cake
tiramisu
raspberry and strawberry fillings
